I was asked to redesign the O2 Priority Moments app to make it more intuitive, scalable, and visually engaging. The goal was to simplify how users discovered and redeemed nearby offers while improving overall usability. I restructured the homepage, introduced a slide-out menu and filter system, and created a clearer flow between offer details and map views. The refreshed design placed the “Priority Moment” at the centre of the experience, helping users focus on the main offer while making navigation faster and more consistent across the app.
