Matter Management is the core of any legal platform — where lawyers set up, track, and manage all the details of a case, from budgets and timelines to court dates and documents.

This project reimagined BriefBox’s Matter Management module. The old UI was cluttered and unclear, slowing users down. With limited dev resources and an old tech stack, we focused on simplifying workflows, grouping related content, and introducing AI risk support. Before/after visuals showed the leap from outdated to streamlined, improving usability and setting the stage for wider adoption and sales growth.
